Gershie is the Founder and CEO of Aleto, a quantitative hedge fund built for RIAs. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Touro University, and has raised over $10 million in working capital to build the quant fund of the future – one that empowers both clients and advisors. Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading, and spending time with his wife and four children. Gershie also takes pleasure in sharing his entrepreneurial insights and advising young entrepreneurs.

Dave is the Chief Investment Officer at Aleto. He brings nearly two decades of investment management experience having managed various multi-strategy, fixed income portfolios. Most recently, Dave was the Global Head of Leveraged Finance at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, where he managed over $10bb in assets across high yield bonds and leveraged loans. Prior to SWIB, Dave was a Credit Portfolio Manager at Balyasny Asset Management and UBS O'Connor, where he established a proven track record of outperformance in a variety of market conditions. Dave holds a BA in Economics from The University of Chicago and a MS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mike is the Chief Commercial Officer at Aleto and responsible for driving growth. He possesses over 20 years of experience working in the areas of Alternative and Private Investments, holding senior Distribution, Product and Portfolio Management roles at firms such as Wellington Management Company, Fidelity Investments and Absolute Investment Advisors. Additionally, Mike was previously a member of the leadership team of a FinTech that worked with Wealth firms and Institutional investors to facilitate access to Private strategies. He also structured and managed Private investment vehicles globally. In his free time, Mike enjoys skiing and spending time with his family. Mike earned his MBA from the Ross Graduate School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is also a CFA charter holder.

Ahron, founder and CIO of Three Gamma, was previously the research director at MB Advisors, where he advised institutional investors with a combined AUM of over $5 trillion on their macro strategy. Ahron identified an equity market opportunity leading to the founding of Three Gamma in 2021. Following the exciting merger with Aleto, Ahron joined the team to bring his expertise and leadership skills. Ahron received a B.S. in finance from Yeshiva University. In his spare time, Ahron enjoys playing tennis, sailing, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Liza is the Chief of Staff & Director of Operations at Aleto. Her core responsibilities revolve around overseeing and optimizing cross-functional initiatives and operations. Drawing upon her prior expertise in managing intricate projects, Liza brings a wealth of experience to this role. Liza received her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, Liza enjoys exploring the outdoors and pursuing her passion for rock climbing.

Brooke is the Chief People Officer at Aleto. Brooke is responsible for overseeing Aleto's hiring initiatives, team development, and the implementation of processes to measure and enhance success. With an extensive background working in start-ups, Brooke has excelled in managing and building teams. Brooke holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University. In her free time, Brooke enjoys Yoga and exploring the city with her family.

Katherine is the GTM Strategy Lead at Aleto. With a background in software sales, her main responsibilities include developing Aleto's bespoke client acquisition process and directing the company's overall branding and outreach efforts. Outside of the work day, Katherine spends her time perfecting her golf swing or checking out the newest restaurants in the Seattle area.

David Shane has over 28 years of experience in the financial industry, including overseeing entities in investment advisory, broker-dealer, alternative asset, and private equity sectors. David served as lead partner of one of the top-ranked accounting firms in the United States. Prior to this, he spent 12 years at McGladrey, where he became a partner and the Great Lakes Regional Managing Partner. His versatility extends to serving as Chief Financial Officer for a startup technology and alternative asset management company. David is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Mark is the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Curi Capital, an independent RIA, where he oversees the Investment Committee, asset allocation, and investment strategies as CIO, and manages operations and trading as COO. Prior to joining Curi Capital, he spent 14 years at CAPTRUST Financial Advisors, the largest independent RIA in the country, and began his investment career in 1998, including time as a market maker on the Pacific Coast Options Exchange and with Morgan Stanley’s top wealth management teams. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University and has earned the CFA, CFP®, and BFA™ designations. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at William Peace University and is a former President of the CFA Society North Carolina.

Rob Grimaldi has over 20 years of experience in family office operations and leadership, institutional asset management, private equity, and venture capital, including serving as chief investment officer for a family office. Rob is currently the chief operating officer of a family office with a long history of direct investment in entrepreneurial-led companies. Rob is a co-founder of Ad Infinitum, a cell and tissue preservation solution, and a co-founder of diagQ, a diagnostic company changing how disease is detected and diagnosed. Additionally, Rob is currently the President of The Fallen and Wounded Soldier Fund, a Michigan non-profit that supports Michigan-based soldiers. Rob is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
